Dr Mathur is an GP with over 20 years of experience. She has specialist training in Paediatrics, Neonatology and Allergy Medicine. Her qualifications include the MRCGP and Diploma in Child Health. Her additional areas of interest include Women’s Health, Family planning and the Menopause. She highly values a holistic, warm and friendly approach to her consultations and in the continuity of care of patients in our private practice. She has also commenced Mentoring and Life Coaching. She is the treasurer for the RCGP, North West department, and an elected member of the Hillingdon LMC. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and going on long country walks.

I have been working in the medical profession for over 15 years, at a GP surgery and MPHC. I have received training for safeguarding both adults and children, as well as adult life support and health & safety. My responsibilities include managing the reception area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming, and adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling patient information. I am also responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, addressing patient concerns or complaints, and escalating issues when necessary. Additionally, I collaborate with other staff members to resolve operational challenges.

Mohamed qualified from New College Durham with a BSc in Podiatry in 2016. He embarked on his career as a community podiatrist in the NHS with his most recent post as a Senior community podiatrist. During this experience, Mohamed worked in various clinics such as minor nail surgery, higher risk diabetics, lower limb MSK and general foot health. He has dealt with complex cases involving diabetic wounds and diagnosed these effectively, allowing him to gain expertise and competence in podiatry. He is an experienced podiatrist with a strong commitment to providing patient centred, holistic care. Mohamed’s friendly and positive disposition allows him to educate patients on key aspects of foot health in a manageable way. Mohamed’s passion for providing all aspects of foot care has led him to build his portfolio in the private sector since graduating, and as such gain proficiency in managing foot health. Mohamed is registered with the Health Professions council and continuously develops his professional knowledge to stay afloat with advances in the field of podiatry.

Henri came to occupational health from a nursing background, and qualified as a Specialist Occupational Health Practitioner in 1989. She initially worked for BMI providing occupational health support to a variety of companies, but in 1999 went freelance as an independent OH Practitioner (Health@Work). Her companies have diverse interests, ranging from the heavier end of construction and petrochemicals to the more white collar worlds of tv media and the National Portrait Gallery. In 2008 Henri set up Opus Health UK Ltd to manage her service more efficiently.

Henri visits her clients to provide OH support tailored to them and to advise both managers and employees. She supports people who are away from work due to long term ill health, and assists them to reintegrate back into the workplace at the appropriate time. In this she will be assisted by other professionals where necessary, for example Ros Richardson who sees people with psychological problems. For those returning from a period of ill health she will advise managers about appropriate changes to work hours and the working environment to ensure the individual reintegrates successfully.

Her speciality is ear wax removal, with proficiency in micro-suction. She is skilled in addressing common ear health concerns with precision and care, including hearing aids, hearing testing, and overall ear health management. Bhavisha is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which ensures that she maintains the highest professional standards and delivers patient care with integrity and excellence.
She is committed to expanding her knowledge and staying up to date with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology, enabling her to provide cutting-edge solutions to her patients’ needs.
